A new office building will be built close to the Chinese Embassy near the Herastrau Park in North Bucharest. The new building will cover 3,000 square meters and will cost 6 million euro. The development belongs to an anonymous Romanian businessman, according to a press release from the Rom International Service company.
The project will be finalized by May 2007 and will include seven floors including one underground and the ground floor and the beneficiaries will have 70 parking lots available. The sale price per square meter will be of 2000 euro.
