Anchor Group launched on the Bucharest office real estate market with an office area construction close to Plaza Romania mall, made up of three blocks of 12 stories, and comprising a surface of 33.000 sqm. The investment amounts to 25 mln Euros.
With three malls in their portfolio, the Turkish Anchor Group will employ its experience in two residential neighborhoods providing 800 flats in the nearby of Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania, valued at 60 mln euros.
