The speaker of the Romanian House of Deputies Adrian Nastase has requested the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) a list comprising all goods needed for the investigation in the Zambaccian case, for which a house search request was issued. He promised to give the prosecutors full access to these items.

Additionally, Nastase asked for an expertise of the construction materials.

Romanian deputies rejected on Tuesday a request to search House speaker Adrian Nastase's home in an anti-graft case related to how he purchased a block of flats in Bucharest.

DNA head Daniel Morar rejected Nastase's overture on Wednesday, saying that Nastase should have agreed with the house search request.
