Anchor Group plans to invest some 400 million euro in the upcoming years to build three residential areas in Bucharest, company officials announced on Monday, quoted by Romanian news agency NewsIn.
The company runs projects of over 390 million euro and it officially launched on Monday the Anchor Plaza Metropol, which plans to build a top A office building in Bucharest. The total investment amounts to 50 million euro and the building will be operational starting 2009.
This will represent the second office building made by Anchor and one of the biggest tip A office buildings in Bucharest. The building will have 12 floors with 33,600 square meters, 3,000 meters on each floor, available for rent.
