Romanian Interior minister Cristian David announced on Thursday that during the NATO Summit to be held in Bucharest on April 2-4 official delegations will drive in downtown Bucharest through special corridors to avoid traffic problems. Bucharest Police will deploy more officers in order to improve traffic conditions in the area.

During the summit days public institutions in downtown Bucharest will close their activity. David added that he would attend a meeting with local authorities from Constanta, South East Romania, in order to prepare US President Bush's visit at Neptun, a local seaside resort.
