Israeli company Top Nord will finish a residential building comprised of 30 2, 3 and 4-room apartments in Romana Square, downtown Bucharest, in about two months. The total investment amounts to 12 million euro, according to information provided by Europroperty, a real estate consultancy company which promotes the project.

Prices of one apartment range between 277 000 euro to 428 000 euro without VAT. Europroperty officials told HotNews.ro that out of the 30 apartments, only six are still available for sale. The project is located in the center of the capital city.

The project was started in January last year and will be finished in about two months.
