The format of the Russia - NATO reunion, scheduled to take place towards the end of the summit, was put up so that the Russian president will not be allowed to speak in public about the main international problems, mainly about the accession of Ukraine to NATO, said Dmitri Rogozin, permanent representative of Russia at the NATO quarters in Brussels, in an interview for Interfax. NATO officials responded that the accusation has no grounds.

In the interview, Rogozin claims that the reunion schedule is made so that Putin will talk only in the meetings far from the eye of the press, so that his ideas would not be presented by the media.
