Bucharest is placed on 32 in top emergent markets with an influence in the long term global development and place 6th among European emerging economies, according to a study set up by MasterCard Worldwide, Worldwide Centers of Commerce™.
In order to set up the top, researchers identified 65 cities around the world and evaluated them according on eight indicators:
- economic and commercial environment
- development stage and economic growth
- business environment
- commercial links
- education and IT usage
- urban life quality
- risk and security
