Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania, a real estate company that recently entered the Romanian market offers Romanians the possibility to buy islands in various parts of the world, with prices ranging from 340,000 euro to 25 billion euro.
The company announces that a Romanian business man has already bough a 1,000 sq. meters in St. Maarten island in the Carraibean Islands.
Company officials say that some buy an island to build households and sell them after the price of the land increases while other just plan to have their own heavenly surrounding.
