The Bucharest office of international law firm Salans will be run by Anda Todor and Christopher Berlew starting February 1, when the two will replace as co-partners the current head of the company, Obie Moore. Obie Moore, member of the board at the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce AmCham and who has served as head of Salans Romania for more ten years, will continue to work with the company for several international clients.

Anda Todor is a key member of the Bucharest office of the company and is the first Romanian lawyer to be chosen as a partner in an international company, in 2005. She has a large experience in mergers and aquisitions, private equity and capital markets and has been involved in major deals seen as pioneering for the Romanian market, such as the listing of A&D farma at the London Stock Exchange.

Christopher Berlew joined Salans ten years ago and was involved in transactions of major regional impact such as the sale of Connex Romania and Oskar Mobile in the Czech Republic to Vodafone.

Salans clients in Romania include The Rompetrol Group, Renault, Delphi, Electrabel, Heitman, A&D Pharma, AIG/Lincoln, Investkredit, Bank Austria Creditanstalt, General Electric Real Estate, Flamingo International, AVIVA, Anchor Group, Bouygues.
