Romania and Ukraine will open next week the negotiations on the mining plant at Krivoi Rog, the Ukrainian Industrial Policy minister, Vladimir Novitky, announced. The first discussions will take place between interdepartmental work groups.
"It is essential to find out whether out partners want money or anything else for their participation. The dialogue will move then to Slovakia. only then can we have a clear image on how we can move on: create a joint venture or opening the plant for privatization", the official said.
