Romania's net average salary increased by 7.6% in April to reach 1.282 Ron as compared to the previous month this year and by 24.8% as compared to the similar month in 2007, Romania's National Statistics Institute informs on Wednesday.
As compared to last month, the average net salary grew in April in all economic activities except in tourism and restaurants. According to the National Statistics Institute this evolution was determined by the application of several emergency ordinances, number 9, 15 and 17/2008 on salary increases.
The biggest salaries are found in financial activities while the lowest in wood production.
