The Government will rectify the State Budget for the third time this year, after noting that the economic evolution brought an income surplus. The value of the rectification will be around 6 billion RON, while the budget deficit will remain at 2.3% of the gross domestic product, Finance Minister Varujan Vosganian announced on Thursday.
According to Vosganian, the last budget estimates indicate an income of 495 billion RON, compared to the initial estimate of 440 billions.
"I believe that a budget increase of 10 billion RON, after a growth of almost 50 billions is not excessive", said the minister.
The main beneficiaries of the growth will be the Agriculture, the Interior, the Transport, the Justice and the Defense ministries.
