The financial crisis seems to increase more interest in IT outsourcing services: more and more global destinations can transform into viable centers to outsource commercial activities and Cluj Napoca is among them, a KPMG study shows.

The study short lists 31 cities based on the outsourcing opportunities offered and Cluj Napoca, in Central Romania is among them. Cluj seems to be able to absorb a great part of the recent outsourcing projects that the financial crisis caused.

Among the 31 cities there are Winnipeg (Canada, Belfast (UK), Davao (Philippines) Buenos Aires. KPMG IT Advisory Global Coordinator Edge Zarrella said that traditional outsourcing locations are saturated and corporations need to know what locations they should consider in the future.
