Lexus, Toyota's luxury brand launched in Romania the new hybrid RX 450h SUV, with prices ranging between 60,000 euro to 76,000 euro, depending on options chosen. The producer announced that the car has a medium mix consumption rate of 6.3 liters/100 km.
The Japanese brand was first introduced in 1989 and the first hybrid SUV, RX 400h was launched in 2005. Sales on the European market dropped last year by 25%, to below 30,000 cars. In the first months of the year, car sales dropped significantly by 42% to 8,000 units.
