The government adopted on Friday the implementation norms for the new rules meant to counter fiscal evasion. According to the normtative act, the VAT tax on delivering school books remains at 9% and social household construction materials have 5% VAT tax.
Finance minister Vladescu said that the implementation norms include all details regarding products tha are in trasit, or the ways to constitute guarantees, the way companies join the intra-communitarian operators register, VAT exception and rules, invoices etc.
