Finance minister, Sebastian Vladescu, declared on Friday, in a interview for Bloomberg that Romania is out of the recession and is on the right track. My feeling is that we are on the right track, Vladescu said. He underlined that all the measures the goverment implemented - the 25% cut of budgetary salaries, VAT increase from 19 to 24% - balanced budgetary revenues and the budgetary deficit will remain under 7%.

Vladescu declared that Romania is out of the recession as Romania registered a very small economic growth, of 0.03%.
