Romania's main opposition party, the Social Democrats (PSD) consider that Romania is like a Citroen car drove by a lousy driver, a report analyzing the right-wing Liberal (PNL) dominated government for the past four years shows. PSD head Mircea Geoana presented the document and declared that the government needed to be changed since it had no direction.
