The Chamber of Deputies will debate on Tuesday the report of the Parliamentary Committee investigating the case of Tourism minister Elena Udrea, a decision of the Permanent Office ruled, Romanian news agency Agerpres informed. The meeting was scheduled to start at 10AM but was delayed without any explanation.

Moreover, the Parliament is due to discuss the investigation report in the case of ex Sports minister Ridzi. The two reports were supposed to be debated on October 6 but the meeting was postponed by the Chamber's Speaker Roberta Anastase.

Tourism minister argues that the report does not reveal any news and the accusations denote a lack of understanding of the laws. Udrea considers that the target of the report was to incriminate her before elections.

UPDATE: Deputies decided to send the Udrea report at the Judicial Committee with 125 votes for and 98 against.
