Designated PM Emil Boc declared on Thursday evening that he would have offered the liberals the vice-PM role if PNL had accepted to be part of a Government led by a LibDem prime minister. Boc added that PNL leader Crin Antonescu "is invited tomorrow even" if he accepts this role.

The designated PM noted that the liberals were not offered the vice-PM role during negotiations because PNL had to decide whether or not they agreed to be part of a PD-L led government, NewsIn informs.

"If he accepts the vice-PM role, he is invited tomorrow eben, no worries about it", Boc declared for Romanian TV station OTV.

PNL president Crin Antonescu declared on Thursday that Emil Boc's designation "is the worst choice' and announced that his party joins the opposition.
