Romanian President will be accompanied in his visit to the Republic of Moldavia by a team of six ministers, plus other four officials, the news portal Unimedia informs. The Interior minister, the Regional Development minister, Justice minister and the Economy minister are part of the Romanian official group.

Traian Basescu will go to Republic of Moldova accompanied by the Interior minister Vasile Blaga, Economy minister Adriean Videanu, Foreign Affairs minister Teodor Baconschi, Transport minister Radu Berceanu, Regional Development and Tourism minister Elena Udrea, Justice minister Catalin Predoiu state secretary on Romanian overseas issues Eugen Tomac, senator Viorel-Riceard Badea, deputy Tudor Pantiru and Iasi county council president Constantin Simirad, news portal Unimedia informs.

Traian Baseascu's schedule includes a tet-a-tet visit with Republic of Moldova's temporary president Mihai Ghimpu, a common session with Romanian and Moldavian delegates, the ceremony when Traian Basescu will be decorated with the Republic's Order by Mihai Ghimpu, laying flowers to the graves of ex-ruler Stefan cel Mare, poets Grigore Vieru, Ion Vatamanu, singers Ion and Doina Aldea-Teodorovici and politicians Anton Crihan, Gheorghe Ghimpu, Nicolae Costin.

President Basescu will also meet PM Vlad Filat, Chisinau's general mayor Dorin Chirtoaca, parliamentarians Maria Postoico, Mihai Godea, Ion Hadarca, Dumitru Diacov, Vasile Balan and the leaders of the Alliance for European Integration, namely Mihai Ghimpu, Vladimir Filat, Marian Lupu, Serafim Urechean.
