Bush declared in a press conference on Friday, in Washington. “Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity must be respected” , the US leader said, adding, in a strong voice, that bullying and intimidation are not acceptable manners to lead the foreign policy in the 21st century.
“Moscow must honor its commitment to withdraw its forces from all Georgian territory.”, said George Bush, accepting at the same time that a conflict relationship with Russia is not in America's best interest. Still, Bush emphasized, the actions Russia took during the past few days deteriorated its relation with the states of the free world.
