The European observers that will supervise the natural gas transit through Ukraine will also be present in Romania, said the Gazprom president, Aleksandr Medvedev, quoted by RIA Novosti. Russia, Ukraine and the European Union will sent 25 observers each, in order to monitor the transit of Russian gas towards Europe, said Medvedev in a press conference in Brussels, NewsIn informs.

"Each party has the right to send 25 experts", said Medvedev, adding that the observers will be deployed at five centers in Russia, five in Ukraine and one in Slovakia and Romania, respectively.
