Tony Barber, the head of the Financial Times office in Brussels discusses on his blog the poor state of the Romanian Justice and its lack of reforms. "The corridors of power in Brussels still echo to the mutterings of policymakers who think Bulgaria and Romania, which became EU members in January 2007, were admitted too soon into the bloc", Barber warns.
