Three Romanian citizens were retained on Wednesday in Moscow by police forces. The three, Emil Cardarau, aged 30, Cristian Stefan aged 26 and Nelutu Mihalache, aged 25 are suspected of robbing a Russian citizen.

The Romanians stole some 7,000 rubles and a radar detector and then took off in a blue Opel car, with foreign numbers. According to the victim, quoted by RIA Novosti, the incident happened nearby Moskva City bridge.
