Another case of A/H1N1 infection had been tracked by the contagious diseases supervision network. The case was confirmed on Tuesday evening by the Cantacuzino Institute. The patient is a 25-year old woman recently returned from USA.
She is currently receiving care at the Infectious Diseases Hospital from Timisoara, where she is under antiviral therapy. Health authorities started an epidemiologic investigation. So far, they have identified three persons who came into contact with the patient, namely her family.
The total number of swine flu cases recorded in Romania is 48.
