The Romanian authorities responsible for supervising the spread of contagious diseases have tracked another swine flu case, confirmed on Wednesday by Cantacuzino Institute. The patient is a 24-year old Croat citizen, who flew in Romania from the US on the 5th of July.

He was transferred from Ploiesti (South-Centre Romania) to "Matei Bals" Institute in Bucharest. The patient is stable and is currently receiving treatment.

Health authorities started an epidemiologic investigation to track other persons who might have come into contact with the Croatian. Romania currently records 49 cases of swine flu.
