The Under 21 Romanian team managed to tick its fourth victory in the 2011 European Championship preliminaries, the 2009-2010 edition. Emil Sandoi trainees defeated Moldova's team on Tuesday in Craiova (South Romania), thanks to Torje scoring twice (minutes 12 and 48) and Ochirosii scoring once (minute 15).

Torje opened the score with a 15 meters strike, leaving the Moldavian team numb. Three minutes after, Ochirosii receives the ball from Andrei Ionescu and sores through the goalkeeper Chirinciuc's legs. Torje surprised the opponent's defence again later, with a goal from 20 meters.

Coach Emil Sandoi congratulated his team. He underlined, though, that there is still work to do on cohesion, but the result was good for Romania's Under 21s morale. Sandoi hopes to be able to take advantage of Russia's mistake in Faeroe.
