The next 1 billion euro installment from the EU loan for Romania, which is due by the end of the year will be unlocked only after all conditions are met, including the adoption of the 2010 budget, Economic Affairs Commissioner spokesperson Amelia Torres declared, Romanian news agency NewsIn informs.

Torres declared that the next installment from the EU should be paid in the last quarter of 2009 but only if all conditions are met. The EU official warned that the European Commission is expecting the new government to evaluate the situation.

IMF announced that as soon as the new government is installed an IMF mission will arrive in Romania to start takls to revise the timeline agreed.
