Romanian prosecutors sent to court 26 members of a crime network and temporary arrested 18 of them accused of introducing 181 minors in Great Britain to steal and beg, a press release of the institution reads. The British daily Daily Mail notes on Friday that 200 Rroma children were brought illegally in Great Britain by a human trafficking network.

Prosecutors declared that the members of the organized network, Romanian citizens of Rroma origin from Tandarei, Romania were specialized in organized crime with illegal immigration and minor trafficking.

They recruited minor Rroma children from poor communities or those with a handicap and they smuggled them in Great Britain to exploit them, obliging them to beg or steal. The group offered the children accommodation and transport, false documents, money and in exchange they would organize their schedule and keep the money children would "earn".
