A Romanian working at a Scottish farm risked causing the crash of a fighter plane as it used a laser to blind the pilot of the Tornado plane, The Scottish Sun reports. Romanian Radu Moldovan admitted he didn't realised the danger when using the laser, but now he understood the situation.
According to the report, Moldovan used a green laser to light the cockpit of the Tornado plane as it flew low over the area the Romanian was working on.
The pilot identified the source of the beam and sent the coordinates to local officials, and Moldovan was caught.
