​The presumed author of the Stockholm attacks declared, in his will, that he actioned at the indications of the Islamic state of Iraq, the Iraqi wing of Al Qaeda, the American surveillance center of islamic sites center, SITE, informs quoted by French daily Le Monde.

The identity of Taymour Abdel Wahab was revealed by the Islamic website Shumukh al islam that released a series of photos of him. The Swedish police declared yesterday that they discovered some facts that clarify the attacks occured downtown Stockholm. Swedish intelligence services, SAPO, refused on Sunday night to comment the information.

In September 2007, the Islamic state of Iraq released a declaration of the organization's leader, Abou Omar Al Baghdadi in which he urges revenge against Sweden, the country where a series of caricatures considered offensive were published, mocking Mohamed. He promised a financial reward for anyone who manages to kil Lars Vilks, the author of the caricatures.

According to The Telegraph, Taymour Abdel Wahab left Bagdad in 1992 for Sweden. He studied in Great Britain in 2001. The British police declared on Monday that they searched a property of Bedfordshire, where he lived in the past.
