For the first and last time in his mandate, Vladimir Putin will attend the NATO Summit in Bucharest, EHO MOSKVI informs quoted by Rador. The speech of the Russian leader will be presented without the presence of press representatives.

The biggest challenge of the NATO Summit is to tackle the possible accession of Georgia and Ukraine within NATO structures. Before the Summit, Russian foreign minister Serghei Lavrov warned both the Americans and NATO representatives on the consequences of a positive decision regarding Georgia and Ukraine.
