On Thursday morning the Bucharest NATO Summit will begin its works and several important meetings are on today's agenda like the NATO heads of state reunion and an extraordinary NATO meeting around noon.Today Russian President is due to arrive in Bucharest to attend the NATO - Russia Council.
NATO Spokesperson James Appathurai declared that both Albania and Croatia will be invited to join NATO today, after the working dinner of NATO heads of state. However, he added that Macedonia will not be granted access into NATO due to the main tensions between them and the Greeks referring to the name of the country.
