The Bucharest Appelate Court decided on Tuesday to postpone the decision in the case of Orange, Vodafone, RCS&RDS and Telemobil against the Government's ordinance establishing the regulations for the latest mobile license attribution, Romtelecom officials declared for HotNews.ro. Romtelecom Judicial Executive Director Catalim Dima declared that the decision is a new defeat for the coalition of the main mobile operators.
Catalin Dima declared that the new term will no be established earlier than September 23.
