Romanian President Traian Basescu and PM Calin Popescu Tariceanu discussed on Wednesday about the car tax and the anti-crisis plan put forward by the government. The two political leaders want to seek solutions to temporarily suspend the environment tax for three to six months.

According to news televisions, the two decided not to make public anything at the moment. The PM will offer more details in the government meeting on Wednesday when the anti-crisis plan will be on the agenda.
