Natural gas deliveries from Russia towards Europe will be resumed after European observers will reach the Russian - Ukrainian border to check the transit, Czech PM Mirek Topolanek declared quoted by AFP.

The European Commission proposed on Wednesday a fair solution: the presence of observers that would monitor the natural gas volumes transiting Ukraine. Ukraine accepted the proposal but Russia did not offered a clear answer.

George Bush's administration warned on Wednesday that Russia should not use energy resources for blackmails. US Security counselor Stephen Hadley declared that Russia's moves might compromise its world influence.
