The incapacity of the current governmental coalition is its inability to insure a normal financing to the administrative apparatus, former Liberal Defense ministry Teodor Melescanu declared on Tuesday. He added that the Interior ministry is well under-financed just like many other sectors.

Melescanu said that the problem of this governmental coalition is to find a suitable candidate and failed to understand a simple problem: the budgetary equilibrium can be maintained by cutting off spending or by increasing revenues.

However, for the second option, Melescanu told the press, the government would need a real anti-crisis plan which they do not have.
