An IMF delegation will visit Romania this week to evaluate the Romanian economic situation, deputy PM Dan Nica declared after a governmental coalition meeting, NewsIn informs. He added that he does not believe that there will be a negotiation on a foreign loan.

Nica said that there were official talks on the best measures to finance the economy this year but there is no final evaluation process yet. He added that he does not have any information regarding the discussions between the Romanian delegation and the IMF over a possible loan.

Nica explained that he does not believe that the IMF delegation will tackle the idea of a foreign loan and added that they will exchange information with institutions through one of their mechanism to evaluate the impact of the economic crisis.
