The OSCE office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights will organize, for the Romanian Presidential elections on November 22 a limited monitoring mission lead by Russian expert Vadim Jdanovic. He will lead some 25 experts and observers, Romanian news agency NewsIn informs.

The observing mission will contain 11 international experts across nine countries. Other 14 observers will be sent in regional centers across the country on a longer term. The mission's aim is to evaluate if Presidential elections in Romania comply to OSCE obligations and other international standards.
