President Traian Basescu invited, on Thursday, all parties for consultations regarding the Prime Minister nomination, starting at 5PM. The Chief of State sent an official letter to all Presidents of political parties and the independent Parliamentary group.

- National minority group at 5-530PM
- Representatives of the independent group at 5:45 to 6:15PM
- Hungarian Democrats from 6:30 to 7
- Liberal Party from 7:15 to 7:45
- Social Democratic Party and the Conservative Party from 8 to 8:30
- Democrat Liberal Party: 8:45 to 9:15
