Former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev arrives in Bucharest on April 14 and will meet about 22 people, among which former Romanian Presidents Ion Iliescu and Emil Constantinescu.

Gorbachev will arrive in Bucharest from Moscow at 11:45 on Wednesday, Romanian news agency Mediafax informs. At 2 pm, he will have a private lunch with 22 people, including former Romanian Presidents, ministers, Ambassadors and representatives of the most important companies in the country.

Gorbachev will have a private lunch with Adrian Thiess, official representative of "Puterea", a new newspaper due to be launched with an event attended by Gorbachev.
