Centrum/H.Essers SRL Oradea union leader Kovacs Mircea Ioan was temporary arrested for 29 days after he asked for 44.700 euro to sign the collective labor contract at the level of the unit, anti-graft prosecutors declared, in a press release.

According to prosecutors, on February 5, Kovacs received 20,000 euro dissimulated in a loan contract, between the company and the union leader. On June 7 Kovacs requested from the same person another 24.700 euro to sign the collective labor contract.

On June 15, Kovacs was taped while receiving the bribe. Anti graft prosecutors decided to issue a temporary arrest order on his name.
