Dacia labor union are dissatisfied with the proposal of the administration to increase salaries for managers, vice-leader of the labor union said, Romanian news agency Mediafax informs. According to the vice leader of the labor union, Ion Iordoache, employees of one department were announced on Monday that the administration plans to increase salaries to managers and workers expressed their dissatisfaction.

Ion Iordache said that this is a situation that threatens to divide groups within the company. Workers are discriminated and the leadership is trying to divide the people because in the collective labor contract signed at the begining of the year there was no salary increase stipulated.
