French President Nicolas Sarkozy declared on Thursday that France was "profoundly shocked" by the comparison between the second World War and the gypsie expulsion, AFP informs. Sarkozy sustains a press conference about the Rroma community. All European leaders condemned the comparison made by EC Commissioner Viviane Reding, Sarkozy said.

He rejected the information related to the violent clash he had with the EC President Jose Manuel Barroso. There were no clashes, Sarkozy said.
