British Ambassador to Bucharest, Martin Harris, wrote in his blog that the law on measures to accelerate trials, known as the small reform in the justice system will have a huge impact and called it, a well received news.
The Ambassador wrote that the law will decrease the volume of work of the higher court and of curts in the general which will increase efficiency of judicial procedures. Accoding to him, the law will eliminate unjustified delays, simplify the way judges are named and allowing trials to end faster.
HE Martin Harris concludes in his blog that a functional judicial system is an essential factor to increase British investments in Romania.
