A 2.9 Richter scale earthquake was felt nearby Sofia, Bulgaria, Bulgarian authorities declared, quoted by Novinite. The tremor took place at 21:56 PM local time, 33 km from the Bulgarian capital city, nearby Novi Han and Vakarel. There are no information about possible damages. On Wednesday two earthquakes affected the Serbian Kraljevo city, 50 km away from the capital city. The tremor had a 5.3 Richter scale intensity. Witnesses declared that the earthquake took place at 1:56 AM and was felt in Bulgaria, as well.
