The decision of the constitutional court allows the government to continue procedures and take responsibility for the law on education, PM Boc declared shortly after the Constitutional Court judges released the motivation of their previous decision to declare as unconstitutional the government's decision to take responsibilit for the law on education.

  • The Parliament accepted the government's decision to take responsibility for the law on education - after the Parliament urged the Court to rule on the matter 

  • Plus, meanwhile the opposition submitted a motion of censure on the matter and the government considers that the presumed conflict between the government and the Parliament was resolved as the motion was submitted

  • The Court cannot compel the government to give up the procedure and there is nothing that can stop it 

  • The Constitutional Court released on Friday the motivation of their previous decision to declare as unconsitutional the government's decision to take responsibility for the law on education.
