Labour minister Ioan Botis and the head of the National Agency for Rroma, Ilie Dinca signed a protocol aimed to support the Rroma, especially those who return from EU countries like France to integrate in the society. The protocol is valid from 2011 to 2015.

Trainings will be organized by the agency, to qualify the Rroma for a job. These programs will be financed through EU funds.

Dinca said the Rroma need a place to work, housing, education and aid for health and state institutions need to collaborate with the agency. Seven ministers confirmed their participation in the program, and commitment to make a difference, Botis said.

Bos said that unemployment rate within the Rroma community is very high but the protocol aims at starting up local programs to help the Rroma lead a better life and integrate socially.
