The Constitutional Court admitted on Wednesday that the government can continue procedures to take responsibility for the law on education. Last Monday PM Emil Boc requested the Court to make a clear point whether the government can continue to take responsibility on the law. The Court's judges acknowledged the existence of a judicial conflict of constitutional nature between the government and the parliament.

However, the motivation to this decision did not bring an answer on whether the government can continue or not the procedure.
